 Order
When placing an order, it is necessary to register.  Please include your email address and phone number.  Both are necessary in case I need to contact you concerning your order.  For shipping, UPS requires that I enter your phone number.  I also enter your email address so that you can track your packages and receive email updates on shipping, exceptions to delivery, and/or delivery status of your order.

Shipping
Shipping provided by United Parcel Service (UPS).  If you would like a different form of shipping, i.e. USPS or FEDEX, please email
sales@gemmagic.us to receive a shipping quote.  Make sure you include the items that you want to order, so I can provide a more accurate shipping quote. 

Payment
Payment via Authorize.net (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Signature Debit Cards) or PayPal.  Both payment alternatives are available during checkout.  If you would like to pay via electronic check, please email me at 
customerservice@gemmagic.us  concerning this option. 

Returns
An RMA is required for any returns.  Please contact customer service at
customerservice@gemmagic.us to obtain an RMA.  All returns must include original packaging.  You must request an RMA within 5 days of receiving your shipment.
